We provide a flexible, efficient and cost-effective support service, without the additional expense of employing someone. You receive assistance as and when you need it, either with a one-off project or on a regular, long-term basis. We can help take the workload off you if you are:

  • Overloaded with work and need more help with your personal to-do list
  • Unable to justify employing another member of staff
  • Self-employed, a small business without commercial premises or an individual who works remotely

Charlotte Ryan

It was at a young age I knew my passion was organising and managing people. I started my career at Quest Business College, where I studied professional secretarial and business; I then studied first-line management. After years of working in high-end, fast-paced businesses, I realised that so many people are forever rushing, clock watching, and that there are never enough hours in their day. Setting up The 25th Hour has always been a dream of mine. Equipped with years of experience including EA/PA roles ,front of house, customer service, sales and office administration, I have now launched The 25th Hour. A solution for today’s busy and hectic lifestyles of individuals and small businesses looking for more hours in their day.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

Are you a small-business owner or private individual struggling to fit all your tasks into each day? As a small-business owner or independent consultant, it’s inevitable that you have a million and one things to do. This can leave you feeling as if there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

My company, The 25th Hour, was set up to help entrepreneurs and professionals win back valuable time. The idea came to me when I worked in the City, surrounded by busy people with never enough hours in the day.

I’m a virtual assistant based in West London providing admin and personal assistant services to sole traders and small business owners who need assistance, and time poor individuals with busy schedules. I’m passionate about what I do and find it very rewarding.

My clients are typically London-based, needing virtual and occasional on-site support. In the last year I’ve worked with Home of Social, EatChiswick festival, a hedge fund manager, an interior designer, coaching supervisor and an IT support company.
